Rewards
Reinforcement is extremely important. I will explain that I am excited when I see my students learning and enjoying it, and that we plan to have a lot of fun this year. Let them know that I have collected lots of exciting rewards for them because I’m so pleased when the students are genuinely trying…and this is not a bribe. The important thing is that the students feel good about themselves. |
